　　Then enter the annealing process, annealing to acid pickling with acid liquid, acid pickling should pay attention to whether there are a lot of blisters on the surface, if there are a lot of blisters, the quality of the steel pipe can not meet the response standard. In appearance, the cold rolled seamless steel pipe is shorter than the hot rolled seamless steel pipe. The wall thickness of the cold rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of the hot rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter than that of the thick walled seamless steel pipe. The surface is not too rough, and the diameter is not too much burr.

　　The delivery state of hot rolled seamless steel pipe is generally hot rolled and delivered after heat treatment. After quality inspection, the hot-rolled seamless steel tube should be strictly selected by the staff. After quality inspection, the surface should be oiled, followed by many cold drawing experiments. After hot rolling, the piercing experiment should be carried out. If the piercing diameter is too large, it should be straightened. After straightening, it is transferred to the flaw detector by the conveyor for flaw detection experiment. Finally, it is put into the warehouse after labeling and specification arrangement.
