The greatest advantage of galvanized steel pipe is that the current efficiency is as high as 100%, and the deposition rate is fast, which is incomparable with other zinc plating processes. Due to the poor crystallization, dispersion and deep plating ability of the coating, galvanized steel pipe is only suitable for the electroplating of pipe and wire with simple geometry.
Sulphate zinc-iron alloy electroplating process optimizes the traditional sulfate zinc plating process, only retains the main salt zinc sulfate, the rest of the components are discarded. A proper amount of iron salt is added to the new technological formula to form a zinc-iron alloy coating on the original single metal coating.
The process reorganization not only carries forward the advantages of high current efficiency and fast deposition rate of the original process, but also greatly improves the dispersibility and deep plating ability. In the past, complex parts could not be plated. Now simple and complex parts can be plated, and the protection performance is 3-5 times higher than that of single metal. The production galvanized steel pipe has proved that the coating grain is finer and brighter than the original one, and the deposition rate is faster for continuous electroplating of wire and pipe. 2~3 the thickness of Min coating is up to the requirement.
