Research on force and energy parameters of cross rolling, such as metal deformation law, stress distribution, rolling force and rolling torque in the deformation zone; Study on the formation mechanism of pore cavity; The macroscopic deformation of the metal, the force of the guide plate on the rolled piece, and the uneven distribution of radial deformation and stress along the rolled piece are studied; The steady rolling process of cross rolling is studied by using three-dimensional steel plastic finite element; The three-dimensional steel plastic finite element method is used to simulate the piercing process of cross rolling; Based on the concept of excess deformation and the method of calculating excess deformation, the cross rolling extension process of conical roll is studied.
