　　The oil pipeline hydrostatic testing machine is suitable for checking and measuring the pressure bearing pressure of the casing. It adopts the pressurization cylinder to pressurize. The pressurization method is convenient, safe and reliable. It is equipped with an automatic control system to display the pressure curve in real time, input and output the experimental data and store the test data.

　　According to the strength of steel, the oil pipeline can be divided into different steel grades. The steel grades used are different due to different well conditions and well depths. In corrosive environment, it is also required that the casing itself has corrosion resistance. In places with complex geological conditions, it is also required that the casing has anti collapse performance. Oil pipeline is a steel pipe suitable for supporting the well wall of oil and gas wells to ensure the normal operation of the whole oil well after drilling and completion. Each well can use several layers of casing according to different drilling depth and geological conditions. Cement cementing shall be adopted after casing running. It is different from oil pipeline and drill pipe and can not be reused for many times. It is a primary consumable material. Therefore, the consumption of casing accounts for more than 70% of all oil pipeline. Casing can be divided into conduit, surface casing, technical casing and reservoir casing according to application.
