Generally, the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe commonly seen in our production and life is mainly to make the molten metal react with the iron matrix to produce the alloy layer, so as to combine the matrix and the coating. Among them, hot galvanizing is mainly to pickle the steel pipe first. This measure is mainly to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe. After pickling, it is uniformly cleaned in the tank through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution and sent to the hot-dip galvanizing tank.
Hot dip galvanizing on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe has the characteristics of uniform coating and strong adhesion. Therefore, generally, the process in the north is basically the process of zinc supplement by directly rolling galvanized tape. In this way, the matrix of the steel pipe has a complex physical and chemical reaction with the molten plating solution, so as to form a corrosion-resistant zinc ferroalloy layer. The reason why it has strong corrosion resistance is that the alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix.
The scope of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe in our daily life is still relatively wide, so the requirements on performance will be stricter. At present, in terms of the market, the models we usually see are DN100, DN150 and DN200. The three types just mentioned are common in general construction projects, and there are some differences in price.
