　　1. Choosing suitable sites and warehouses

　　(1) The site or warehouse for the storage of Hollow Sections should be located in a clean and smooth drainage area, away from factories and mines that produce harmful gases or dust. Weeds and all debris should be removed from the site to keep the Hollow Sections clean.

　　(2) No corrosive materials such as acid, alkali, salt and cement should be stacked together in the warehouse. Different kinds of Hollow Sections should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and contact corrosion.

　　2. Reasonable stacking and putting first

　　(1) The Hollow Sections principle of stacking requires that under the condition of stable and safe stacking, stacking should be carried out according to varieties and specifications, and different kinds of ASTM A105 Gr.B 25x40 Square Hollow Section should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and mutual corrosion.

　　(2) It is forbidden to store articles that corrode Hollow Sections near the stacks.

　　(3) The bottom of the stack should be padded high, firm and flat to prevent dampness or deformation of the Hollow Sections.

　　3 Packaging and protective layer of protective Hollow Sections

　　The anticorrosive agent or other plating and packing applied before leaving the factory is an important measure to prevent Hollow Sections rust. In the process of transportation and handling, attention should be paid to the protection, which can not be damaged, and the shelf life of the Hollow Sections can be prolonged.
