　　Anti corrosion steel pipe refers to the steel pipe that can prevent or slow down the corrosion phenomenon caused by chemical or electrochemical reaction during transportation and use after anti-corrosion processing. Anticorrosive steel pipe can prevent or slow down corrosion, prolong the service life of steel pipe and reduce the operation cost of steel pipe.

　　The base materials of anticorrosive steel pipes include spiral pipes, straight seam pipes, seamless pipes, etc., which are widely used in pipeline engineering fields such as long-distance water conveyance, petroleum, chemical industry, Tian natural gas, heat, sewage treatment, water source, bridges, steel structures, marine water conveyance and piling in China.

　　(1) External wall anti-corrosion coating: type and service conditions of pipeline external wall coating materials.

　　(2) Inner wall anti-corrosion coating: a film applied to the inner wall of the pipe to prevent corrosion in the pipe, reduce friction resistance and improve throughput. Commonly used coatings are amine cured epoxy resin and polyamide epoxy resin, with a coating thickness of 0.038 ~ 0.2mm. In order to ensure that the coating is firmly bonded to the pipe wall, the inner wall of the pipe must be surface treated. Since the 1970s, the same materials have been used for the coating of the inner and outer walls of the pipe, so that the coating of the inner and outer walls of the pipe can be carried out at the same time.
